For more than 30 years, I’ve led teams, developed leaders, built programs, advised organizations, and worked inside some of the most complex environments in business. Along the way, I became fascinated by what makes people thrive — how we think, what expands or limits us, and what allows more of our capability to show up. That curiosity has led me on a personal quest to explore the intersection of leadership, neuroscience, human behavior and personal development- and ultimately, what fascinates me most: human potential.
Today, I bring it all to organizations looking for a fresh way to get people thinking differently — generating new ideas, solving problems, working better together, and leaving with insights they can actually use.
